I'm probably just about as big of an audiophile as I am a computer geek. On the audio front, I've designed several of the electronics components - as well as the speakers. If you are at all interested, I do have various schematics available - and hope to post some projects I've completed up here.

Computer collection:

brick/blackbox: The solid state firewall - Pentium 233MMX running some BSD variant on CompactFlash in an old AT-style industrial rackmount case. Recycled, used to be an old 386!

Coast Starlight: 802.11g 2.4Ghz access point

California Zephyr: 802.11n 5Ghz access point

Empire (builder): Apple PowerMac G5 Dual 1.8Ghz, a few gigs of RAM, and a nice happy big Cinema display and Mackie powerered nearfield monitors (for sound editing) to go with it.

Acela (express): Apple MacBook Pro (early/mid 2008 edition)

dope: (in storage) Sun SPARC 2, 64MB of RAM, 10MB AUI ethernet, 8G hard disk.
